What we commit to
- We never sell your data. Not to carriers, not to brokers, not to data brokers, not to advertisers.
- Your data is never shared. Your policies, claims, and questions are yours.
- We are paid by you. Flat fees only — no commissions, no referral fees, no carrier money.
- Your documents power your answers, and nothing else. PIP reads your policy in order to quote it back to you.
What the full policy will cover
- The categories of information we collect, and why each one is needed
- How policy documents, photos, and claim files are stored and secured
- How long we retain information, and how you delete it
- The service providers we rely on to operate the app
- Your rights over your information, and how to exercise them
- How we notify you when this policy changes
