What Policy Partner is

Policy Partner is a consumer-paid application that helps you organize and understand insurance you already own. You can store policies as plain-English cards, carry your insurance ID cards, receive renewal and lapse reminders, and keep claim materials in one place.

What Policy Partner is not

  • Policy Partner is not an insurer, agent, broker, or public adjuster, and does not sell policies.
  • Policy Partner does not adjust, negotiate, or settle claims.
  • Policy Partner does not provide legal advice.
  • PIP answers questions by quoting your own policy. It does not conclude coverage. Your policy documents and your carrier govern what is and is not covered.
  • Policy Partner does not promise any outcome on any claim.

Fees

  • The Policy Partner wallet is free.
  • Plus is $9.99 per month. Plus payments begin at launch of the Monthly Watchdog Receipt.
  • The Claim War Room is $29 per month while a claim is active — never a percentage of a settlement.
  • Fees are flat. Policy Partner does not accept commissions or referral fees from carriers.

  • Account eligibility, registration, and acceptable use
  • Billing, renewal, and cancellation mechanics
  • Ownership of your uploaded documents and the license you grant us to process them
  • Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution
  • How we notify you when these terms change
